Ich kann mich nur positiv über den Händler äußern! Im Vorfeld hatte ich die Bitte das von mir bestellte Regal um eine Etage zu erweitern was problemlos funktionierte (und zu einem fairen Aufpreis). Die Fertigung war auch außergewöhnlich schnell. Leider war der Transport etwas problematisch dahingehend, dass das Paket und die Bretter Schäden aufwiesen. Auf meine Reklamation wurde sofort reagiert und die beschädigten Teile ersetzt. Das Regal sieht wirklich schön aus, wobei die Farbe sehr schön mit meiner Teakholz Kommode zusammenpasst. Das Holz ist allerdings etwas weicher.

The shelves arrived in great condition, no damages through shipping. Assembly was very easy and straight forward, and took no time at all to put up.

Love the bookcase! Very easy to assemble too. My only two suggestions for improvements would be adding brown caps for the visible silver screws and having the boards be the same on both sides. This won't be a problem for putting the shelf against a wall, but I am using the bookcase as a roomdivider.
